What is the best way to contact you?

There are several ways to reach us to schedule an appointment, refill prescriptions, or ask questions:

  1. Call our main clinic line at (503) 448-1855.
  2. Send a text message to (503) 743-6945. This is a way to reach our reception team if you have an urgent care need or emergency during business hours.
  3. E-mail us at aumsvillepet@hotmail.com. This is for non-urgent needs.
  4. Submit a request for an appointment or prescription refill through the PetDesk app.  If you do not have a PetDesk portal, you can set one up here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and CareCredit.
  • Payment is due at the time of service. If you have concerns about payment, please discuss this with our reception team prior to your appointment.
What types of animals do you treat?

We are a small animal hospital that cares for dogs and cats. We do not treat exotic pets, birds, fish, or large animals.

Where is your clinic located?

Our clinic is located in Aumsville, OR, which is 10 minutes east of Salem.

Do you provide Urgent Care or Emergency services?

We recognize that urgent or emergent medical care may be needed for your pet. If this occurs during business hours, please contact us to schedule an urgent care appointment. For after-hours emergencies that require immediate attention, please contact your local veterinary emergency clinic. Here is a list of local veterinary emergency clinics.

What do I do if my pet has an emergency while you are closed?

  • If you have an urgent question that does not require immediate attention, you can send us a text at (503) 743-6945, and our reception team will contact you as soon as we re-open. As a reminder, our business hours are Mon – Fri, 7:30 am-6:00 pm.
