We strive to make fulfilling your pet’s medication and diet needs as convenient as possible.
Medications and Diets
Most medications and diets prescribed by our doctors can conveniently be filled through our in-clinic pharmacy during your visit! We also offer an online pharmacy, if you prefer to have your medications and diets shipped directly to your home, or if we do not carry the medication or diet that you need.
We also offer a variety of over-the-counter, non-prescription supplements and supplies available for purchase in our hospital or through our online pharmacy.
New Prescriptions and Prescription Refill Requests
For changes in prescriptions, new prescriptions, and prescription refills, please call us at 503-448-1855. You can also submit medication refill requests through your PetDesk App.
All refill requests must be reviewed and approved by a veterinarian and your pet must have a current exam on record (in the last 12 months). We ask that you please allow at least 48 hours for medication requests to be reviewed, approved and filled (not including weekends and holidays). Please also provide us with a contact number that we can readily reach you. We will contact you when your requested medication is ready.
